What is Poke?

Poke /poʊˈkeɪ/ is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer in Hawaii, and sometimes as an entree. Poke is the Hawaiian verb for "section" or "to slice or cut". Increasingly popular, ahi poke is generally made with yellowfin tuna. Adaptations may feature raw salmon or various fish and shellfish as a main ingredient served raw with the common "poke" seasonings.

Our Story

Executive Chef, Jason Cline has more than 20 years in the restaurant business around the United States, whipping up amazing dishes in culinary promised lands such as San Francisco and Los Angeles. In 2008, Jason, felt it was time to come back to his home town with his new found talents to join the evolving culinary scene in Saint Petersburg, Florida…

Ingredients

Our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, whenever possible. We make sure they are from sustainable farms and as fresh as they can be. We only work with farmers and fish mongers that deal with the best products available. We are also proud to announce that all of our menu items are gluten free!
